Meet Briauna Driggers
Briauna Driggers, Manager of Content Marketing at RCCS, has been a vital part of the team for nearly three years. With a background in public relations and communications, Briauna’s path into healthcare marketing was unexpected but rewarding. “I actually always thought I’d be a teacher, but I realized working in the school system wasn’t for me,” she shares. After graduating, she took a temporary marketing role at a nursing certification board, which turned into a full-time position. “That role introduced me to healthcare marketing, and I loved it,” she says.
During her time at the certification board, Briauna managed social media, newsletters, and emails, while also creating content that highlighted inspiring stories from certified nurses. “It was amazing to work with nurses who were leading certification initiatives in their organizations,” she recalls. This experience set the foundation for her content marketing expertise and allowed her to transition seamlessly into her current role at RCCS.
At RCCS, Briauna oversees all aspects of content and campaign creation, including articles, emails, and social media. She also works closely with subject matter experts, department leaders, and external publications to ensure RCCS’s voice reaches its audience. “I’ve tried to learn as much as I can about the industry we serve, ensuring our content is not only on-brand but also valuable to our audience,” she explains. Her efforts have led to collaborations with renowned organizations like ASRT, SROA, HCCA, Libman Education, and Relias, where she’s authored and published articles that highlight RCCS’s expertise.
One of Briauna’s favorite aspects of her job is the company’s collaborative and inclusive environment. “It’s incredible to have a seat at the table and feel valued for my ideas,” she shares. She also appreciates RCCS’s mission to support healthcare organizations and improve patient care. “The products and services we market ultimately benefit healthcare providers and their patients. I especially admire our work in oncology; Helping cancer patients avoid surprise billing and ensuring providers get the proper reimbursement is something I’m proud to promote.”
Outside of work, Briauna is an avid reader, already surpassing her goal of reading 75 books this year. She also enjoys yoga and hiking, often exploring the beautiful state parks around her home in Indianapolis. “We recently moved here from Chicago, and I’ve been amazed by how gorgeous and accessible the parks are,” she says. Planning her upcoming wedding has also kept her busy, but she and her fiancée still find time to travel when they can. “I can’t wait to do more international travel in the future,” she adds, “The honeymoon cannot come fast enough!”
